The Intention
Community Care Workshops are like mini retreats in the comfort of your home. It will create space for us to tend to the most fragile parts of ourselves. This is done in a way that soothes, and reconnects with the parts of ourselves we may have forgotten and rekindles the relationship to the self. It is a safe space for open dialogue and self-reflection.
The Practice
These workshops will range from intentional journaling, therapeutic yoga classes, guided meditation, breathwork, energy healing and other self-healing practices.
The Investment
Pay in Alignment: To ensure that these enriching experiences are accessible to everyone, we are offering alignment pricing.

Self-love plays a pivotal role in our journey towards healing. We mend our hearts by embracing the art of loving ourselves in the ways we yearn for love from others. It's about setting healthy boundaries, honoring our needs and emotions, and making choices that nurture our well-being.

This journey of self-love is not always straightforward or easy. It's about recognizing our inherent worth and treating ourselves with the same kindness, understanding, and care that we offer to others.
This 90 min workshop will include an active beginner friendly yoga practice + journaling/reflection + meditation. We'll immerse in these tranquil practices that not only soothes the mind but also reinforces a compassionate and loving relationship with ourselves.
